Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ph65 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to adequately secure your credentials. Account Transfers: ph65 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account or any account credits to any third party.
ph65 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.
Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. ph65 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.

Deposit Limits: Players may set voluntary deposit limits through their account settings at any time. ph65 also reserves the right to impose deposit limits on any account at its sole discretion for responsible gaming or regulatory compliance purposes.
Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals may be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to ph65's payment processing policies.
Identity Verification: ph65 requires full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing any withdrawal. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals delayed or suspended until satisfactory identification documents are provided.

ph65 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be clearly stated at the time of the promotion.
Wagering Requirements: Unless specifically stated otherwise, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements are between 10x and 30x the bonus amount, applied to real-money bets only.

Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ph65 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee not exceeding ₱100 per month to dormant accounts after written notice has been provided to the registered mobile number.

ph65's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their ph65 account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph65 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform and shall not be liable for losses arising from service outages, maintenance windows, or third-party infrastructure failures.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
